Bev's opened its doors in 1980, and the same family has been cooking behind the counter ever since. There are no shortcuts here — the mashed potatoes are real, the noodles are rolled by hand, and every pie is baked fresh in our own kitchen.

It's the kind of place where the coffee is always hot, the servers know the regulars by name, and a stranger passing through I-70 leaves feeling like family. As one guest put it, it's "as close to home cooking as you can get without staying home and cooking it yourself."
